  • Corporate Wellbeing That Changes Lives
  1. How you can help

Corporate Wellbeing That Changes Lives

Support your team’s wellbeing — and transform lives in your community. By partnering with St. John of God Foundation, your company can directly support children and adults living with intellectual disabilities, life-limiting conditions, and mental health challenges—right here in Ireland.

Whether through corporate donations, charity partnerships, volunteering a day or two of your services or our powerful Wellbeing Workshop experiences, you’ll be making a measurable difference.

Corporate Wellbeing, Coaching & Performance Strategy

Our bespoke corporate wellbeing experiences go beyond feel-good sessions — they are strategic, coaching-led interventions designed to improve performance, sharpen thinking, and strengthen how teams solve problems together.

Each event blends corporate coaching, strategic thinking tools, and practical wellbeing practices to help teams manage pressure, improve decision-making, communicate more effectively, and approach challenges with clarity and confidence.

Through guided coaching conversations and expert-led talks, employees gain real-world strategies they can immediately apply to problem-solving, collaboration, leadership, and sustainable performance.

What makes these experiences truly impactful is that 100% of proceeds go directly to charity, supporting children with profound intellectual disabilities and life-limiting conditions through the St John of God Foundation. Workshops are fully customisable, available as half-day or full-day experiences, and can be delivered on-site, outdoors, or in tranquil off-site venues. All programmes are fully tax-deductible, making this a powerful investment in both your people and your organisation’s long-term success.

🌟 Why Partner With Us?

 Our services support:

  • Children with severe to profound intellectual disabilities, many of whom require 24-hour care

  • Adults and adolescents facing serious mental health challenges, supporting them in our care to reach their full potential

  • Respite centres for children and adults, many with life-limiting conditions & complex care needs

  • Ensure all our service users including our special schools have the correct equipment including IT and sensory to help with communication, helping children/ young people who struggle to manage their own behaviour and emotions work at an individual level so he or she may reach their full potential.

By choosing us as your Charity of the Year or wellbeing partner, you’ll be helping to bring hope, dignity, laughter, care, and support to those who need it most.

And we’ll support you too helping your team reach their fundraising, engagement, and wellbeing goals. Did I forget to mention this can be a massive tax incentive also!
